By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. What SkateSetups Is

SkateSetups publishes a database of professional skateboarders' equipment setups, sourced from sponsor pages, brand announcements, interviews, and similar public sources, along with related guides and brand pages. It is an independent, reader-supported publication, not affiliated with any skater, brand, or sponsor mentioned on the Website.

No Professional or Purchasing Advice

Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, medical, or safety advice, and nothing on the Website should be relied upon as a guarantee that any product is fit for a particular purpose. Skateboarding carries inherent risk of injury; you are solely responsible for your own equipment choices and how you use them.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to source and verify every equipment claim on the Website, and most pages show when the information was last checked. That said, gear changes, sources go stale, and mistakes happen — we do not guarantee that any information on the Website is complete, current, or error-free. If you believe something is wrong, please use the correction form on the relevant page or contact us; we review reports but do not guarantee any particular turnaround time or outcome.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the contact or correction forms to submit false, defamatory, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically reproduce the Website's database for a competing product without our written permission

Your Submissions

If you submit a correction, tip, or message through the Website's forms, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to verify, correct, or update our content.
